Hi there! I’m Shannon Shier, a Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) based in Alberta. I was born and raised in Ontario, but Alberta has been home for over ten years now and I absolutely love it here.

I’ve been working as a professional bookkeeper for six years and became a Certified Professional Bookkeeper three years ago. Along the way, I’ve earned my QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor, Xero, and Hubdoc certifications, which help me support my clients with efficient, accurate, and up-to-date bookkeeping solutions.

Before I found my passion for bookkeeping, I actually went to college for Culinary Arts and worked in a variety of industries — from warehousing and distribution to property management, hospitality, and even a period as a nanny. Those experiences taught me a lot about hard work, organization, and connecting with people from all walks of life.

When I’m not working with numbers, you can usually find me out and about with my beagle, Finnagan, or enjoying some quiet downtime.
